How much will it cost?
The best value for money service will be one which provides you with everything you need, no more and no less. The ideal way for us to understand what you need is for us to talk about what you want to achieve and when. We offer bespoke fee quotations depending on the expected nature, scale and duration of the instruction. In some situations, when the details of our instruction are not yet clearly defined, we will suggest working on an agreed hourly rate. Our fees are exclusive of disbursements and expenses such as mileage, planning application fees and Council document costs. Everything will be explained clearly and written in a bespoke Engagement Letter and our Standard Terms.
